Join SOHUM Yoga instructors for FREE outdoor Yoga in the park at Westborough Bay State Green (10 Union St, Westborough MA 01581). Whether this is the first time you’ve stepped onto a yoga mat, or you’re an experienced yoga practitioner, you'll enjoy practicing with our wonderful instructors. This is part of the community wellness hour offered by SOHUM.

Bay State Green is located in downtown Westborough in the Bay State Commons Shopping Center. Adorned with a covered pavilion located in the center of the park, Bay State Green is a great place to hang out with friends and family.

Navneet Magon Anand is an author, artist, designer and social entrepreneur whose design consulting practice focuses on creating positive change in people’s lives through the built and visual environment. She has a background in architecture and sustainability (LEED certified) and is currently the president of the Central Massachusetts chapter of American Institute of Architects. Her art gallery can viewed online at www.designveritas.com where a portion of proceeds go towards charitable causes.

Join Eileen Nikopoulos for 90 minutes of pure relaxation. Using bolsters and blankets for support you will effortlessly recline in simple, yet profoundly restorative yoga poses. Eileen will provide Traditional Thai Yoga Massage techniques to help you completely release tension and stress. Thai Yoga Massage is a healing art based on Ayurvedic medicine and yoga. It focuses on balancing the physical and energetic bodies, clearing any blockages that may exist in the meridians. It is a hands-on practice that includes gentle compression, passive movement and stretching.

Eileen Nikopoulos RYT 500 Yoga of Energy Flow, is a certified Traditional Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner. Her special interest is utilizing yoga to balance and restore energy. Eileen has studied with Daniel Orlansky, Doug Keller, Liz Owen and Josh Summers among others.
